Some manufacturers have given us all the dirt on 2006 models, while others are not giving us all the finalized info. Bombardier, Honda, Kawasaki and Suzuki gave us preliminary info, but are waiting a few months to release everything. So we wait like everyone else to see what is yet to come from these four manufacturers. We've included some rumor-like info in this update, too. Keep a look out for big announcements in future issues.
Bombardier
More rumor info for Bombardier. We would be remiss not to report that there is heavy speculation that bombardier is going to enter the 450 market. The only thing going against this is that Rotax does not make a 450 four-stroke, yet. But the rumor that has us most intrigued is that the manufacturer is investigating a possible 250 two-stroke release! Whoa. That would make things interesting in this segment. Also, Bombardier is releasing a homologated DS250 four-stroke in Europe only. Does that mean a non-homologated version will soon be available in North America? We hope so.
