Sep. 3--OCALA, Fla. -- Instead of leaving a 38-foot RV on consignment at a local sales lot, Dreama Geiger gave permission for it to be used as temporary housing for those displaced by Hurricane Katrina.
Geiger's RV, along with about 40 others from the new and used inventory of Cross Country RV, will be driven to Gonzalez, La., west of New Orleans in response to a call from the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
