How to find the perfect Jeans

By Erlens Vital Vital, referred to as the Denim DJ at Barneys New York in Manhattan, has been helping women zero in on the best-fitting jeans for six years. To find the ideal pair of jeans, have patience. Each brand and style is different. Just because your friend has a sizzling pair of Sevens doesn't mean they'll look hot on you. The length and cut of the jeans vary greatly depending on the shoes you wear with them. * Find your style. Low-rise, boot-cut jeans with a little stretch are still the most popular. But if you don't feel comfortable in that style, feel free to try something else. A more traditional, higher-waisted look, like LandLubbers and Wranglers, is coming back. * Get suggestions. If you have a body issue -- you are curvy, very tall, or have a tiny waist -- the best thing to do is ask a salesman for advice. He should know which style or brand will fit your needs. James jeans tend to run fuller and have a lot of stretch, Seven for All Mankind jeans go up to a 36-inch inseam, and Citizens for Humanity has so many different cuts that one of them is bound to work for you. * Stock up. ...
