Natural Wonder
If gyms existed where Gregory Joujon-Roche grew up, he wasn't aware of them. He was too busy riding his Spider surfboard along the shores of Kauai, Hawaii. "I was running around the beach from age one, and surfing, hiking, and climbing by age three," says the fitness trainer. These days, Joujon-Roche does his climbing on an elliptical machine and runs with a crowd whose natural habitats are limos and hotel penthouses. Gwen Stefani, Rachel Weisz, and Brittany Murphy have come to his Los Angeles Holistic Fitness Center to revamp their workouts and their diets (he forbids caffeine, white flour, sugar, and booze). He pairs each with a team of experts in Pilates, strength training, and martial arts -- even summoning a sword master to help whip Brad Pitt into Troy shape. Indeed, it's this resourcefulness that attracts clients -- and keeps them coming back. To motivate Pink, who loathes weights and anything else smacking of standard gym fare, Joujon-Roche devised a fast-paced mix of boxing, Pilates, and yoga before her latest world tour. "She told me, 'If you bring out the dumbbells, you can just leave.'"

To keep his own body in shape, Joujon-Roche favors quirky gear and sweet snacks. * West Soy Unsweetened Soy Milk: "Regular soy milk is packed with carbs -- this one only has one gram," he says. "I blend the vanilla- or chocolate-flavored soy milk with a scoop of protein powder for a shake. It's totally addictive." * Keto Chocolate Rain Ice Cream: "It's high fiber, low carb, low calorie, low fat -- if you closed your eyes, you'd swear you were eating a rich, decadent dessert." * Medicine ball: "Yes, it's old-school, but it's incredibly effective.
