Plus, prices can, of course, go substantially higher over the course of four weeks time. Here with more, Roger Jarvis, Spinnaker Exploration chairman and CEO with us on Monday, when the storm first hit, and Peter Beutel, president of Cameron Handover, an energy risk management firm.
And Peter, I`m going to start with you. We just spoke with an executive from Entergy who gave us one of the first assessments of prospects for power restoration. The scenario he described was this: about seven to 10 days, he says, for mission-critical restoration, hospitals, water treatment plants, refineries, pipelines ; three weeks for residential; up to two months potentially for New Orleans.
