In reality, the snooze button has a way of cutting our prep time down to minutes. I've accumulated a makeup bag full of tricks that can get most women looking gorgeous in five flat. * Know your limitations. As important as learning what you can do on the fly is understanding what you just can't. A full face of matte foundation takes a while. And don't even think about contouring. If you must give yourself definition, dust bronzer lightly across your cheekbones, eyelids, and forehead. Dark lipstick, lip liner, and liquid eyeliner require patience and precision -- you'll have neither if you oversleep. * Start with the skin. No matter how rushed you are, you need radiant skin. Even a minute in the steam of the shower will give it a glow. A little tinted moisturizer won't hurt, either. I like ones that have shimmer because they camouflage drab, tired skin.
