The fall runway shows celebrated models' curves -- from the neck up. Hairstylist Eugene Souleiman, whose curling iron created the rolling waves at the D&G show in Milan, explains how to turn up the heat: Wash hair, and rinse it well. ("Any dirt or oiliness will weigh down the style," Souleiman says.) If hair is fine, spritz roots with a volumizing spray while it's damp; if it's thick, rub a quarter-size blob of styling cream from roots to ends. Blow-dry with a round brush. "This creates a smooth surface, so the wave will be voluptuous and shiny -- not rough and flyaway," Souleiman says. Choose a wide-barrel curling iron, such as the Conair Big Curls 11/2-Inch Jumbo. "Conairs are fantastic," Souleiman says. "They're a little larger than other American curling irons, so they create a softer wave." Pin up top half of hair.
