Education: New poverty data are out, so get ready for more guilt-mongering about the divide between rich and poor. Other data, however, reveal another "divide" that helps explain why some have and others have not.
These data (also released by the Census Bureau) show that the "digital divide" bemoaned by Democrats and minority groups is really a cultural divide: The poor have cash to spend on computers, but they choose to spend it instead on big-screen TVs....
