MICHELLE CARUSO-CABRERA, CNBC ANCHOR: We have got a global recovery in stocks this morning after the big sell-off we saw in Asia and some of the weakness that we saw in Europe yesterday. The FTSE is higher by 39 points. Over in Paris, the CAC is up 20. And the Xetra-DAX is higher by about 19 in Germany.
