Aug. 28--Funds to repair a bridge damaged in a crash more than a year ago is in the city's coffers.
The bridge's west sidewalk, at Northeast 15th Avenue and Snake Creek in North Miami Beach, has been blocked since June 2004. The bridge was put out of commission when Nikolay Brayko crashed into the concrete railing, causing structural damage to the sidewalk and railing.
