JOE KERNEN, CNBC ANCHOR: All right. Toll Brothers, doubled profits, expects to deliver 10,600 homes in 2006, at an average price of $665,000. Now for the current quarter, the company closed more than 2,300 homes, up 55 percent. And joining us "First on CNBC" is Joel Rassman, chief financial officer at Toll Brothers.
And, Joel, the reason I said that about CEOs had nothing -- was not disparaging CFOs. We`ve been having CEO compensation arguments all week long. That was actually a compliment, to say that we`re going to have a guy who`s not just sitting around on his big compensation package with all those options.
