NEW YORK _ New York awakened to rain and Justin Gimelstob awakened to his blog on the Sports Illustrated Web site, in which he took a few rips at the women's tennis tour.

``As dysfunctional as the men's tour is, the women's tour blows it away,'' wrote Gimelstob, who spent three days at Wimbledon amusing reporters with his on-court heroics. ``For example, it's impossible for there to be enough practice courts for men and women to share without some kind of bickering.
