She`s the equity market strategist at Federated Investors, and she says stocks have at least one more ally waiting in the wings. Our Bear is Russ Koesterich. He`s a senior portfolio manager at Barclays Global Investors. He says rising interest rates and slower consumer spending should push stocks even lower.
