Aug. 24--In the adversarial relationship between debtors and debt collectors, conflicts are inevitable.
A handful of consumers have posted complaints about Dallas-based Anderson, Crenshaw & Associates on a popular consumer Web site.
Clifford Ward of Lake Jackson, Texas, wrote:
"Anderson called yesterday. I don't call them back. They left a threatening note to call them by 7 that evening. It was an implied threat."
Mr. Ward said the dispute stems from a claim from his home security...
