BILL GRIFFETH, CNBC ANCHOR: In case you hadn`t heard, July`s existing home sales were down. But they missed expectations but the month was still one of the best in history. Existing home sales fell 2.6 percent. For most of the past year, sales rose every month as we`re seeing there. For a better read on the latest home data, let`s bring in Daryl Jesperson.
