FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. _ A Miami-Dade County judge on Tuesday said former Oakland Raider football player Barret Robbins should appear in court and surrender after learning that Texas police last week arrested the often-troubled athlete for marijuana possession while he was out on bond.
