Aug. 22--REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT IS FINDING A HOME IN TEXAS: A different sort of California gold rush could boost the Texas economy.
Whether it's relocating corporate headquarters such as Fluor Corp., cash-flush retirees or simply investors seeking opportunities, the capital flowing to Texas real estate could herald a boom.
