IPAA's Leadership Award, sponsored by Hart Energy Publishing, is presented annually to an individual who has made conspicuous contributions to IPAA and its members. This year's Leadership Award was presented to Phil DeLozier, Vice President of Business Development, EOG Resources, at the association's Midyear Meeting in San Francisco.
