This volume is a significant contribution to the study of Ernst Junger and to research on the social and political views of the German Right in the two inter-war decades. The book contains in chronological order almost every piece of journalism published by Junger between 1919 and 1933. The titles of most of these texts will be familiar to scholars from the bibliography of Junger's works founded by Hans Peter des Coudres and continued by Horst Muhleisen.
