We need to exercise to be healthy and feel good about ourselves, but we also need to realize that a little sweat is harmless; rosy cheeks and stringy hair are part of the deal. I was also disturbed to see that the model in the photograph was obviously braless -- improper breast support during strenuous activity can damage delicate tissue in the breast and cause sagging. But then again, the picture looked like a wet T-shirt contest, not a trip to the gym. I usually find myself impressed with your fitness articles, but you dropped the ball on this one. Fashion Forward Thank you for not confusing fashion with sex. I believe that Allure is the last true fashion and beauty magazine left. I've tried to read other fashion publications for women but have found myself inundated with advertising, articles, and pictures conveying that beauty is all about sex (or how to be better at it). I also thank you for printing diversified feedback in the Mail pages. Allowing your readers to express their opinions is refreshing.
