DermaNew's Hand & Foot Rejuvenation System looks like an electric toothbrush, but it shares a number of features with another vibrating gizmo -- detachable attachments, cream, and variable speed settings. However, its goal is exfoliation, not stimulation. A foam head massages skin with a cream that contains corundum crystals, and a second sandpaper-like head buffs off those crystals. Skin is left manicure- and pedicure-smooth, making it nearly as satisfying as that other device. Bottom Line: Directions say to use for five consecutive days, then two to four times a week for maintenance -- which is an awful lot of time to Sonicare our toes.
