Life of the Party
Nine months after starting their makeovers, both Abigail Einstein and Sasha Charnin Morrison celebrated birthdays (Einstein turned 28; Morrison, 40). Each woman planned the sort of party that suited her best. Einstein hosted a low-key gathering of friends, and Morrison, true to form, threw a huge bash: "Turning 40 is as big an event as the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade," she says. "If I could have a float of myself flying down Broadway, I would -- everybody needs to remember this moment." Both women have a lot to celebrate. Einstein is wearing formfitting clothes and becoming more confident about her body. "On my birthday I was really proud of my progress, and I got a lot of compliments on how I looked," she says. Morrison feels better than she has in years. "I know I'm in the minority here, but I am so excited about being 40!" she says. "The best is yet to come."
