Five months into their yearlong makeovers, Sasha Charnin Morrison and Abigail Einstein are starting to see results. But the novelty has worn off, and the reality of the long road ahead has set in. "I'm glad to be eating better, and I feel better, but there are times when it seems like my body isn't changing as fast as I'd hoped," Morrison says. Stephen Gullo, a New York City weight-loss specialist, met with Morrison and Einstein to determine how each could adjust her diet and her thinking to speed up her progress.

Status Report: "I'd like to see more change in the photos," Morrison says. "I feel it in my clothes, and people have started to notice, but I look at the photos from month to month, and I don't think I look that different. I'm ready to take it to the next level. Also, I'm always a little afraid I'm going to lose interest. So it would be good to make some changes, to break it up and make sure I'm still captivated by the process."
