For the past six months, Sasha Charnin Morrison and Abigail Einstein have been devoted to their Total Makeovers, and their dedication is paying off. Einstein weighs less than she ever has in her adult life, and Morrison is closing in on her prebaby weight. But with their successes come new challenges. Morrison is struggling to find the time to exercise. And Einstein, whose flexible schedule allows her to train six mornings a week, has hit a frustrating weight plateau. We asked trainers Kacy Duke of Equinox Fitness Clubs and Ellen Barrett of Crunch to evaluate and crank up the women's current routines to ensure they'll get the maximum results possible.

THE ISSUE: "It's getting harder and harder to squeeze in gym time," Morrison says. "I make workout appointments for weekday mornings, because if Ellen's waiting for me, I know I have to go. Otherwise, it's hard to tear myself away from work or my family. In the end, if I make it to the gym three times a week, I consider it a major accomplishment."
