A friend recently turned me on to a quiet but entertaining sport for enthusiasts of the out-of-doors like you and me. It's called geocaching (gee-o-cashing), and all you need to participate is a Global Positioning System (GPS) receiver and a sense of adventure.
Most of the time, my GPS receiver just sits around.
