MARK HAINES, CNBC ANCHOR: Is Social Security reform dead? It had a big push after the election but the president`s plan to overhaul the system seems to have stalled, certainly dropped out of the headlines. Many on the Hill speculating nothing will pass this year or next. Our next guest is at the forefront of the reform effort, if there is one. Al Hubbard is the director of the White House National Economic Council. He joins us now from the White House.
