Jul. 24--SALES: Frankel Family Trust, a California investor, purchased two luxury apartment properties, the Townhomes at Parkside and Parkside at the Ritz, near Spring Valley and Midway roads in Farmers Branch. Don Ostroff and Will Balthrope of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas negotiated the transaction with sellers Eric Laub and Allan Zidell. The two projects contain 368 units.
