BRAD GOODE, CNBC ANCHOR: Acquisitive defense company L-3 Communications is on the move and the stock continues on its red hot ride, sitting at a 52- week high. And now the company`s top gun will be announcing their earnings results. So here with the numbers first on WAKE UP CALL is Franz Lanza, chairman and CEO of L-3 Communications.

GOODE: Your growing company continues to win numerous military contracts, we read about them in the news all the time here. And at the same time, I know you`re trying to swallow this massive acquisition of Titan Corporation (TTN). First, give us the numbers. How did you do here in the quarter?
LANZA: Well, we did good. We had 99 cents for the quarter, our sales were up about 27 percent, we had great cash flow of over $200 million for the quarter. So it was a strong quarter...
