SAN ANTONIO -- Physician-hospital joint ventures can be successful, profitable enterprises for doctors--if they're done properly, Ivan Wood said at the annual meeting of the American Health Lawyers Association.
The problem in the past is that many doctors have not been inclined, but that seems to be changing, said Mr. Wood, a partner at the Strasburger & Price law firm, Houston.
