You just knew that original Commodore or IBM PC you've been hanging onto all these years might be valuable someday. That day may have arrived. Attending the JavaOne conference in San Francisco, Buzz slipped away to check out the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (SFMOMA). Buzz was enjoying the respite from conference hype when he stumbled into an "art" exhibit featuring--computers.

SFMOMA features a display of "dumb boxes" (or "pizza boxes", as they're also known) that house a computer's CPU. From the Commodore to the original IBM PC to the Macintosh. Plus, dozens of CPUs are on display--each sitting atop its own pedestal. The walls of the exhibit are adorned with circuit boards from various PCs.
