   Can I see your love today? 
   Are we still able to laugh and play? 
   Will I be holding your hand so light? 
   And may I cry on your breast tonight? 
 
   Sometimes you respond respond with respond with great life, 
   And then you frown as a troubled wife. 
   Then I can breathe my spirit towards you, 
   But our happiness isn't quite true. 
 
   Questions of honesty seem to never cease 
   And your body offers you no peace. 
   There is doubt …
