European Carton Makers Expand Alliances

LONDON - Copapharm Europe, a Pan European alliance of carton manufacturers formed in October 1997, has expanded its members to include Spanish carton board manufacturer, Leca; Swiss member, Zeiler AG; and associate members Karl Knaver GmbH, Baden, Germany, and Meyerhofer, Germany, which are specialist carton manufacturers and label and leaflet producers, respectively.

The seven-strong alliance exists to meet the growing demand of large pharmaceutical companies and that their packaging needs be met by one pan-European operation.
