Kuwait lauds horizontals. (horizontal directional drilling)

Kuwait's national oil company said it has achieved good results in the two years it has been using horizontal directional drilling.

Faruk Hussein of Kuwait Petroleum Corp. told an international audience in Abu Dhabi that the country introduced horizontal drilling technology two years ago and results have been "pleasing."
