Q.V. Martin & Associates Inc is celebrating its 10th anniversary with the inauguration of its new facilities The human resources firm has added personnel, has upgraded its computer system, and is planning on expanding its services.
The company was rounded by Oscar V. Martin, chairman of the board of directors, in 1982. It was a difficult year economically, according to Martin. Over the years, however, the firm has become one of the leading human resources companies in Puerto Rico.
