The new model home at the Greens residential development, located along the 4th and 14th fairways at Hyatt Dorado Beach Hotel, was inaugurated two weeks ago. The development, which consists of 36 residential properties, has only nine townhouses left for sale.

Marisita Castillo, director of sales and marketing for Dorado Beach Properties, says that in spite of the recession the new residences have been selling well.

"Dorado seems to be recession-proof," said Castillo. "The beauty of the resort, the security it provides along with the prestige it offers, manages to attract interested buyers. People recognize the value of acquiring property in Dorado Beach." …
