A group of Puerto Rico packaging industry executives and managers has formed a Caribbean regional chapter of the Institute of Packaging Professionals (IoPP).

Based in Herndon, Va., IoPP is dedicated to fostering professionalism in the design, engineering and production of packaging materials and components used by manufacturers of consumer, industrial and institutional products.
