City to grant $2.5M to revamp Condado
The Condado area is soon to be granted $2.5 million by the San Juan municipal government to fix sidewalks on Ashford Avenue from the Ashsford Presbyterian Community Hospital to Las Nereidas Park. This will be one of the first efforts to restore Condado's image and boost business, which has been slow ever since the Dupont Plaza Hotel closed in 1987.
