Garcia Matienzo confident that he accomplished objectives of upgrading company's technology, service, capabilities
Fabio Garcia Matienzo, who recently stepped down as president of Puerto Rico Telephone Company (PRTC), launched a new era for the government agency during his term in office, focusing on upgrading the company's technology and service.
According to Garcia, PRTC is quite advanced compared to other companies in the U.S. He said that 90% of PRTC's central offices are computerized.
