As rapidly developing technology plays a larger role in the workplace, experts continue to predict that machines will eventually replace people in performing various jobs. The reality is, however, that to date these technological advances have usually led to the creation of many new job opportunities.

Industry experts estimate that approximately 15% of all companies in Puerto Rico now rely on the services offered by personnel recruiting firms.

Executive search and temporary help firms, although different in nature, both offer trained and qualified personnel to fill a wide range of positions for virtually any industry. The main difference between the two is that, while temporary help firms specialize largely in hiring personnel to fill in for vacationing or sick employees, executive search firms locate highly qualified personnel for middle and upper-management positions.
