P.R. Planning Board looks toward 2005

The Puerto Rico Planning Board has been holding a series of private meetings with construction industry leaders to get a feeling for their concerns regarding future developments on the island, problems they perceive and possible solutions.

This is all part of Puerto Rico 2005. No, the number is not an error. But Puerto Rico 2005 is the result of attempts to petition the Olympic Committee to hold the 2004 Olympic Games in Puerto Rico.
