Impact of U.S.-Mexico free trade pact on P.R. topic of forum

The implications of a U.S.-Mexico free trade agreement (FTA) on Puerto Rico's economy will be the topic of a forum discussion sponsored by the Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce on June 21, 1991. The forum is part of the chamber's annual convention to be held at the Hyatt Regency Cerromar Beach Hotel in Dorado.
