Centex Rooney merges with Thermac

Centex Rooney Construction Group, a company that has been very active in the U.S. Virgin Islands (USVI), recently merged with Thermac Construction Co. Inc. to form Centex Rooney Thermac Inc., based in St. Croix.

The newly formed company expects to secure its position in the Caribbean by combining the expertise of three well-known construction entities - Centex Construction Group, The Rooney Organization and Thermac Construction Ltd.
