Cellular Communications picks Y&R for ads

Cellular Communications of Puerto Rico Inc., the island's second non-wire line cellular provider, picked as its aide in transmitting the Cellular One message to clients Young & Rubicam Puerto Rico Inc.

William W. King Jr., Cellular Communications president, said that although he obtained the license to operate in Puerto Rico two years ago, he elected not to launch a marketing initiative until the network was fully functional and could assure quality service.
