Tego Dial, the modular system for building operator stations from Telemecanique, has been extended to include stainless-steel versions that are resistant to industrial chemicals. The new versions feature enclosures and support arms, which are manufactured from type 304 stainless steel and complete assemblies have an IP65 protection rating, which means they can be cleaned by hosing down. The Tego Dial system can reportedly accommodate many HMI devices and the modular design of the system means that, not only is it easy to configure to suit specific requirements, it is also easy to add or remove components or make other necessary modifications.
