P. H. Glatfelter Co., York, Pa., has recently unveiled MyGlatfelter.coms[SM], the first of its kind e-commerce business model developed specifically for the company's customers. The site has been in planning and development for nearly 18 months. With the goal of setting new standards for service innovation in the specialty papers and engineered products market, the customer-oriented, B2B web site provides Glatfelter's customers with what it says is "an unrivaled depth of information regarding order status, shipments and inventories in real time."
