TAPPI acquires PIMA's Papermaker assets, creates new Solutions!

For more than 80 years, TAPPI and PIMA have helped bring members of the pulp, paper and allied industries together. Though conferences, training, networking and publications, the two associations have served the technical and management needs, respectively, of their many industry members and others who have made the world of paper their lifetime work.

Now, in an unprecedented agreement, TAPPI and PIMA have combined their publishing resources to create an industry magazine like no other: Solutions! for People, Processes and Paper The new global publication, based on the heritage of TAPPI Journal and PIMA s Papermaker, will debut in September. All editions of PIMA's Papermaker--North American, European and Asia Pacific--will cease publication with this issue. TAPPI …
