Nanogen, Inc. (10398 Pacific Center Ct., San Diego, CA 92121; Tel: 858/410-4600, Fax: 858/410-4848) and Motorola, Inc. (1303 E. Algonquin Rd., Schaumburg, IL 60196; Tel: 847/576-5000, Fax: 847/576-5372) have announced a settlement agreement concluding the declaratory judgment action by Nanogen against Motorola, Genometrix, Inc. (2700 Research Forest Dr., The Woodlands, TX 77381; Tel: 281/465-5000, Fax: 281/465-5002) and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT, Cambridge, MA) and Motorola's counterclaim against Nanogen.
