Beckman Coulter, Inc. (4300 N. Harbor Blvd., Fullerton, CA 92834- 3100; Tel: 714/871-4848, Fax: 714/773-8283) has introduced three, ready-to-use, major histocompatibility complex (MHC) Tetramer reagents that produce rapid results from whole blood samples. MHC Tetramers enable accurate quantitative analysis of specific cellular immune response in infectious diseases.

The ITAg MHC Tetramer CMV for Cytomegalovirus, iTAg MHC Tetramer EBV for the Epstein-Barr virus, and iTAg MHC Tetramer Influenza measure T cells, one of the body's critical immune responses in fighting disease.
