Millipore Corp. (80 Ashby Rd., Bedford, MA 01730; Tel: 781/533- 6000, Fax: 781/533-3110) and Proteome Systems, Ltd. (Locked Bag 2073, North Ryde, 1670, NSW, Australia 2113; Tel: +61-2-9889-1830, Fax: +61-2-9889-1805) will jointly develop and market membrane- based kits for the emerging field of proteomics. The first in a proposed series of kits will incorporate Millipore's MultiScreen and ZipTip products in kits used for digestion of proteins prior to detection by MALDI-TOF Mass Spectrometry.
