As this issue of Generations goes to press, the Chesapeake Chapter will be holding its annual Medical Meeting at the NIH on February 3, with topics focused on Neural/Stem Cell Research and the Emotional and Psychiatric Aspects of Cerebellar Disorders. Among others, we are scheduled to have three speakers from the NINDSNIH and five speakers from Johns Hopkins University. A review is anticipated for the next issue.

A brief review of the year 2000 indicates that we sponsored several Chapter meetings, and our regional Support Groups were active. The Howard County S.G. had bi-monthly meetings in Columbia, MD under the co-leadership of Kathy van't Hoff and Tim Daly; the Baltimore City S.G., under the leadership of Katina Gerow, initiated bi-monthly meetings in September; and the Northern Virginia (NOVA) …
